Our Process
I. Planning
BMI's staff will consult with key individuals in HR and management to define issues and set an agenda with specific goals. Next, there is
an initial meeting with the individual and his or her manager to outline goals and obtain the commitment of all parties to the process.
II. Individual Sessions
BMI staff will meet one on one with the individual for two to ten sessions. During this period BMI will conduct appropriate testing,
review the results with the individual and his or her manager, refine goals and design practical behavioral strategies for positive
change.
III. Assessment of Progress
BMI will meet with the manager and individual periodically to identify what is working, areas for improvement and to adjust goals. If
necessary, BMI can hold additional coaching sessions.
IV. Wrap-up
The coaching process concludes with a written summary and optional meeting with the BMI staff, the individual and his or her manager.
